ZedSale is a web-based business management platform for online shops and small businesses. Merchants use ZedSale to manage products, inventory, orders, customers, payments, storefront activity, and AI-assisted sales conversations from one dashboard.
We process information only to provide, secure, improve, and support the ZedSale service. We do not sell merchant or customer data.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the platform, we may collect and process the following categories of information:
- Account details such as name, email address, password hash, role, login activity, and account preferences.
- Business settings such as shop name, domain, contact details, currency, tax settings, shipping settings, and automation preferences.
- Store data such as products, categories, stock levels, prices, orders, invoices, customers, suppliers, warehouses, and related business records.
- Conversation and integration data from connected channels, including Facebook Page details, Messenger conversations, Telegram events, and customer messages needed to operate automations.
- AI usage data such as prompt context, generated replies, usage credits, and moderation or training data you provide to improve responses for your shop.
- Technical data such as IP address, device/browser information, session cookies, error logs, security logs, and performance events.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information to operate and improve ZedSale, including to:
- Create and secure user accounts, sessions, and dashboard access.
- Provide product, inventory, order, customer, POS, storefront, and reporting features.
- Run AI-powered sales assistance, auto-replies, workflow automation, and credit usage tracking.
- Process subscription payments, on-demand usage payments, invoices, receipts, and billing records.
- Send operational emails, service notifications, support responses, and security alerts.
- Detect abuse, investigate errors, maintain service reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Third-Party Integrations
ZedSale connects with external services only when needed to provide features you choose to use. These may include Facebook/Messenger, Telegram, Google Drive, Pusher, AWS, AI model providers, delivery services, and other business tools configured inside your account.
When you connect a third-party account, you authorize us to access and process the minimum data required for that integration. You can disconnect integrations from your dashboard or from the third-party platform where applicable.
5. Payments and Billing Data
Payments may be processed through external payment providers such as SSLCommerz, Lemon Squeezy, or Stripe depending on the feature and payment method available to you. We do not store full card numbers or sensitive card authentication data on our servers.
We store payment status, transaction IDs, plan details, amounts, currency, receipts, and billing metadata so we can activate subscriptions, settle usage bills, generate invoices, and provide support.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, and alteration. This includes authenticated dashboard access, encrypted secrets where applicable, secure transport, access controls, logging, and routine maintenance.
7. Your Choices and Rights
Subject to applicable law and account ownership checks, you may request to access, correct, export, or delete personal information associated with your account. You may also disconnect integrations, update business settings, disable automations, or close your account.
Some records may be retained when required for billing, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, or legal compliance.
8. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, support your account, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer required, we delete it or anonymize it where practical.
9. Children's Privacy
ZedSale is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
